Reports and Documents
Request that the inspector provide a copy of his/her report for your records. Ask if you may review a draft copy of the report. This information may or may not be provided upon request, depending on Agency policy.
Contacts
Ensure that the inspector knows who to call for further information regarding the inspection, and for exchange of additional correspondence.
Follow-up Report
Write a follow-up report as
soon as possible after the completion of the inspection
visit. It is suggested that copies of the follow-up
report be provided to the facility manager, Environmental
Health and Radiation Safety and the Office
of the General Counsel. This report should detail the
inspecting agency, inspector names, nature and purpose of
the visit, areas inspected, records reviewed or
exchanged, sampling activities and results, personnel
interviewed, and details of the closeout meeting.
