Equipment used with biohazardous agents are labeled with the universal biohazard symbol. If NO, then Contact EHRS for labels and post the universal biohazard symbol on all equipment where biohazardous materials are used or stored.
The laboratory is not overcrowded. If NO, then Free all aisles, exits and adjoining hallways of obstructions so that emergency access or egress is not hindered.
Laboratory furniture can be easily decontaminated If NO, then Chairs and other furniture used in the laboratory must be covered with non-fabric material that can be easily decontaminated.
