EHRS provides services and resources to ensure compliance with federal,
state, and local regulations to achieve optimal control or reduction of
hazards and exposures which are detrimental to people, property , and the
environment. Many of the programs were developed in response to regulations
from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Pennsylvania
Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the City of Philadelphia's
Department of Health, Air Management Services.
